"I have always been more of a hands-on person, and as scary as it might sound, nothing beats being thrown into the deep end of the pool when it comes to the tasks I was given. My mentor would advise me on a few approaches I could try whenever he assigned me a task, but never would he give me a mandatory black-and-white solution that I needed to follow. This was fantastic because it allowed room for me to express creativity in the solutions I came up with through trial-and-error. It also helped me to think critically whenever I encountered a multitude of problems that couldn’t be solved by googling or by referring to my school’s lecture notes. Archisen provides a great learning platform for growing as an individual, where how much you grow is only limited by how hungry you are to learn.

Teo Tze Siang, Business Development Intern

Business Undergraduate, Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore

"Nothing beats having a close-knit team in an environment with no office politics and everyone is passionate in what they do. Adopting a work-life balance culture here means I can afford to juggle between family and work. The founders are great people to work with and we are given a lot of opportunities to grow within the company. Who says work can’t be fun?"

Derrick Poh, Senior Software Manager

"I personally enjoyed the working culture within Archisen. The proposal of new ideas and improvements was highly encouraged and I felt like I was able to express myself through my work. There were also many opportunities to learn and grow."

Samuel Tan, Farm Engineer Intern

Engineering Undergraduate, Singapore Institute of Technology, Singapore

"Every single member of the team is very friendly and approachable, be it a fellow intern, a senior scientist or even one of the co-founders. There is no compromise on the quality of work either, as everyone is driven and focused on the task at hand."

Rohan Mathew, Business Development Intern

Career Opportunities

"Do not worry that you are just an intern, your opinion is valued just like everyone else in the company. You will see and feel the impact of your work during your internship stint, contributing to the progress of the company.
P.S. I get to meet many wonderful people along way and also bringing the freshest crops home."
